1. About this Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Plural Browser and any related software, updates, and services. It is part of, and incorporated into, the Plural Browser Terms of Service ("Terms"). Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms.

Compliance with this AUP is a condition of your licence. Your right to install and run Plural Browser depends on your continued compliance with this Policy and the Terms. If you do not agree with this Policy, do not use the product.

Plural Browser is a general-purpose privacy and account-management tool with substantial, everyday lawful uses. Like any web browser, it can also be misused. This Policy states what the product is for and sets out what it must never be used for.

2. What Plural Browser is for (permitted and intended uses)

Plural Browser is built for people and businesses that legitimately need to keep separate online identities cleanly separated. Intended uses include, without limitation:

These are legitimate, common needs for businesses and individuals alike. Isolating identities, cookies, storage, fingerprints, and proxies is a lawful way to meet them.

Isolation does not create permission. If a platform's own rules forbid an account or activity, isolating that identity in Plural Browser does not make it allowed (see Sections 3 and 4).

3. What Plural Browser must never be used for (prohibited uses)

You may not use Plural Browser, alone or in combination with any proxy, script, or other tool, to do or attempt any of the following. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive.

Fraud and financial crime

Deception, impersonation, and ban evasion for illicit purposes

Unauthorised access and platform abuse

Harmful content and conduct

Legal and jurisdictional limits

4. Your responsibilities

5. Enforcement

We are not obligated to monitor use of Plural Browser, and we do not pre-screen what you do with it. We do, however, reserve the right, but assume no duty, to act when we become aware of suspected violations.

Where we have a good-faith belief that this Policy or the Terms have been violated, we may, at our discretion and to the extent permitted by law:

We may act with or without notice, depending on the seriousness of the violation and our legal obligations. The rights above are in addition to, and do not limit, any other remedies available to us.

6. Reporting abuse

If you believe Plural Browser is being used in violation of this Policy, please report it to hello@aptstack.com. Include as much detail as you can (what happened, when, and any identifiers). We review reports we receive and act where appropriate, but we do not guarantee any particular outcome or response time.

7. Relationship to the Terms and to licensing

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" above and, where appropriate, notify subscribers. Your continued use of Plural Browser after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
