Troubleshooting
The browser only shows the activation page#
- It asks for a licence key: paste your key (it is in your purchase email, and in your account at app.pluralbrowser.com/dash).
- "This build of Plural is expired": download the latest version from the link on that page and install it over the old one. Nothing is lost.
- "Your subscription is no longer active": sign in at app.pluralbrowser.com/dash and click Resubscribe. Your machines come back at their next check; paste your key once if asked.
- "Device limit already in use": remove an old device at app.pluralbrowser.com/dash, then activate again.
A proxy shows red#
| status says | what to do |
|---|---|
| proxy failed / rejected the credentials | check the proxy's user and password |
| unreachable / connection failed | the proxy is down or expired — ask your provider |
| geo lookup failed | the proxy works but its location could not be read; press Test again |
A script does nothing#
- Open the run console: Installed scripts shows whether your file loaded, and why not.
- A script must start with
exports.plural_api = 1;and haveexports.plural_run. - Problems lists errors from your script with the line they came from.
Only some of my proxies were imported#
The import message says how many lines were read and how many were already in your list. Lines that are exactly the same as one you already have are not added twice. See Importing proxies and accounts.
Still stuck?#
